Is it possible to get a Mimitchi from generation 1? If so how can i achieve it.

 
No. You can only get Mimitchi in even numbered generations. However, if you take good care of it, it will become a Mametchi.

 
I think he means, is it possible to even get it, yes it is, BUT only in even generations, after the odd generations breed. :D
