OK, go to your account. Click on "Find all posts by this member" and it will show ever single post you've made, so you can find old topics!

 
Yes! Do that, also at the top of the screen (well near the top under your username) you can click on 'View New Posts' and it will show you all the topics you replied to that you can't find that have new posts since you left!! Hope this helps you
