I'm on gen. 6 and I when to the family sececton, and my tamagotchi won't let me go to it! has this happend to you? :D

 
Nope but I heard this happens when you visit or look at the parent section to much on you tamagotchi but try waiting to generation 7 and go look again hope this helps.

 
this has happened to me but try reseting it and press download! this worked for me but if it dosen't work the first time do it again!

For some strange reason parents sometimes disappear from the parent list. It has happened to so many people.
