Hello all TamaTalkers!

I've got some exciting news!

Within the Tamagotchi help forums, we continually get the same questions asked over and over again. To stop this, I created a topic in the help forum. It was a simple PINNED Frequently Asked Questions topic. It grew, but it only focused on Version 1 Tamagotchi.

So I thought - Why not have a proper FAQ? Admin and myself experimented with things, we even tried a Wiki, but decided it's not the best option. We decided on a helpdesk. So now we're both really happy with the outcome - Tamagotchi FAQ!

It's a help desk where you can search for answers, ask questions and even submit your own questions to the desk. We're planning of having a massive database for members to get quick access to those questions that come up a lot.

Let us know what you think! Also, if you see something out of place, please let us know! It's still going to be improving and growing over time, but we thought today was a good time to release it!

Much of the credit for this goes o Jappyx (who initiated the project and has taken on the task of getting things moving)...

The Tamagotchi FAQ can be a GREAT resource for new and old tama owners to share their knowledge and/or find answers to their questions. The search function works really well and the system also let's us categorize questions and add keywords. Over time we hope to have a very comprehensive resource for Tamagotchi fans (made by Tamagotchi fans!).

The only catch is that we need yur help! What questions do you most often hear? What questions do you have? SUBMIT THEM!

But there does seem to be an error in the "Is my Tamagotchi Fake?" FAQ.

What is written is "Ways to tell isf a Tamagotchi is fake." Shouldn't it be "Ways to tell is a Tamagotchi is real:"?
Correct my if I'm wrong.

Uh, where it says Name and E-mail adress and other personal stuff, do you HAVE to fill that out?
My parents don't want me putting my e-mail adress, and I also don't get the security code thing either .
