How come the tamagotchi has enough power to keep going to over a week, when the battery with the 'x' through it appears, but not enough to let you take care of it? Is there any way to still play with your tama, without getting new batteries right away, when the 'x' appears?

 
You can try pressing donwload and it should let you play with your tama for a little longer. Hope I helped! :)

 
My friend does this thing where she takes out the battery and lets it cool down. Then, when she puts it back in, it works again. You might weant to try this. Of course, my friend carries around a screwdriver, which you'd need to get the battery out, but not many people want to bother with lugging one of those things around.
