I have my popup blocker turned off and the site is allowed but it still won't pop up! Help me please!

I really don't know what's wrong with the link you're using, but perhaps you should try using another computer that works better. hope i helped 
You sure it's off? I doesn't sound like it is, since it's still blocking the pop-up. If you're using Google toolbar's pop-up blocker, try holding down command/control/ctrl/whatever it is on your keyboard while ckicking the link.
