In that case, go to the book icon, select Present, select food, and count how many treats you have. It's hard to keep track of them, since they're separated into Meals and Snacks on V3. Actually, you should count how many treats you have under each Meals and Snacks. I think there might be a limit to how many you can have under one of them at a time. Remember, don't count the first four under both Meals and Snacks, because those are preset, not ones you buy.
