if it doesent have friends, then wait until the matchmaker to come to get you a partner to have childs ( this happens when yure in adult form )

 
You can change the date to 2/14 (Valentine's Day) and set the time to either 2:59 pm or 6:59 pm. Warning: Your tama has to be aan adult first!
