hey guys,

im struggling A LOT. i have no idea how to train my tama and now its 2 years old and it has NO training. I know that thing about when it calls for attension to give it time out but i had it muted the whole time cuz i was on vacation so i didnt hear that and didnt give it time out. i dont really know what the training does but i know its a good thing. i just need a bit of help. thanks!

to train your tama you should give it time outs when it dosent use the toilet and if u want when u lose games

your tama cant help but poop right there. and dont punish it if you lose games !!! thats awful. thats like punishing a person because they arent athletic. dont do that.

when it calls for attention.. it wants attention. in which, you should PRAISE it. NOT give it a timeout.

basically,

praise it when it calls for attention. it wants to feel loved.

give it a time out if it sends an "unexpected gift" to another tama. [ex: poop, carnivorous plant, or nothing]

you should praise it: when it is crying (it's easy to tell when its crying) when it's unhappy but it has all its happy hearts (you can tell it's unhappy because there is a flower-looking thing floating over it's head and its turned around)

you should give it a time-out when: it calls for food when it's not hungry (although if you have your sound turned off you wont know unless you happen to look down and the 'attention' icon is lit) or if it wont eat when it is hungry. aslo, when you connect with another tamagotchi and go present, if you tamagotchi gives them something like a snake or poop, sometimes if you give them a timeout it will give you another bar of training.

training is good because it allows you to get a better tamagotchi adult. the more full your bar is, the better adult you get. but a better adult dosn't mean better looking. it means easier to look After, you dont have to feed them as much...
