You'll need to wait for it to go to sleep. The costume comes off automatically then. If you cant wait try setting forward the clock.

thats the norrmal one the rare one you can never tack it off

There are two costumes, One that comes off when you go to sleep. And one that never comes off. If you are Desprated to get the costume off, Either reset it or Get it to have a baby, Either Way, you will lose the costume.
