Help!

Hey guys. I have a tamagotchi, rather old one. So I haven't used it in quite a while, and decided to turn it back o. the thing is, the egg won't hatch. I've waited up to 24 hours, the dang thing just won't go away, just keeps there going up and down. Any clues?

Well I don't know anything about the old ones but maybe you didn't set the time? Well I hope you get it working.

Hmm... ^_^ Try pressing the middle buton, so you can set a Birthday and set the time. PM me if that doesn't work so I can tyr and figure this poblem out. Another thing you can try and do is, reseting your Tama. It will erase everything, but sence you just started it up, you don't have to worry about it. Also, maybe the batteries are close to being dead, if you have a spare, then try them, ( do this step after all the other one's because you do not want to start new one's for nothing!). you just need to press the middle button i think and set the time and date and ur birthday and stuff. then just wait a minute or 2 and your egg should hatch!!

Oh... I pressed the middle button with a pen, and it really worked, the screen to set the clock appeared. but the A button seems to work no more, so I'd better forget about him. Thanks a lot though
