Pipotchi and Bill from bad care?

today my tamagotchis evolved.I had took very bad care(when they were babies I accidently let all of their hearts drop twice)and first my pink with hearts(Ruby)Tamagotchi started evolving.I didn't get there in time and when I got it out of my pocket I looked at the screen.A bill! I was amazed! A couple seconds later,my union jack evolved.I was just time to see Pearl evolve into the cutest well deserved tama.Pipotchi.I was so excited ! Are you supposed to get Bill and Pipotchi from bad care?

Pipotchi and Bill arent Tamagotchi's of bad care. Actually very rare and secret tamagotchis. good job If u need anything else post here or PM me!

I got Bill a few weeks ago-he isn't from bad care he is a type like Tarakotchi
