I have no clue what is happening! for some reason my tama has this viruse skull symbol over it and it wont let me go to medicine or any of the other options!

 
If your tamagotci is laying on the floor then I think that's what happens right before it dies. Or maybe somethings up with the button. :p

 
It'll be too late to save it by the time I post here, but your Tamagotchi is dying :D . Feeling sorry for you. If this happens, just do the reset button and then press B and download.
