Ok i had nickatchi then it evolved and it was a blob with a tail and it had a heart on the end of its tail! is this a good character or is a secret character?

oh it was also on my V2.

It seems to be a Whaletchi. You should be able to find it on the character chart: https://www.tamatalk.com/IB/index.php?showtopic=24082 I don't think it's a special / rare character.

its a bad character I have 1 right now from bad care its called whaleitchi but i call it hauntitchi

yes, a whaletchi is probably what tamagotchi it turned into seeming that it fits your defenition perfectly. And no, it is not considered a secret character but if you want to call it a secret character go ahead and do so.
