it only dissapears if you delete 1 of your friends in ur friends list <_< hav u been doing dat

Can you please check this: activate the meter icon in your tamagotchi's upper left corner. Then advance to the fourth screen, the one that has the gender on it. Below "Gen." on that screen it says "3G"? The reason I asked about this, is that some people have complained about not getting a grandparent password, and it turns out that the adult is still with the baby. In that case, yes, the baby is the third generation, but the family/parent info is for the adult, who is only second generation. The grandparent info doesn't show up until the adult leaves the baby in your care.

Thats not true. If u delete a friend it deletesa parent aswell.

yea but i never deleted a friend before.
