How long did u leave it on the naming screen for? If it was 3 days, problem solved. If not, maybe a glitch.

wat the heck
its either what Rey Mysterio said, a glitch or have you kept it paused for three days? because if not, then write to Bandai. they make BILLIONS of tamas, they're bound to send you one as an apology.
