Do these 30 characters include the old Connection ones? Like Mimitchi, Oniontchi,Hanatci,Tarakotchi etc?
Or they're just the Keitai growth chart's characters?

Yes, they have the original Connection Characters and many many more (including the Keitai Characters)! I love mine. I got mine from the internet, since they're not out here in the US yet.

Is there a growth chart that has ALL the V2 characters?

I currwently have a Mametchi on one of my ones.
And i have a ichagotchi on another. But, i have gotten others that arnt on the V1s
