My tama is weird

Hey everyone

I am a bit confused i took my tamagotchi outta the bag and put its name in and every thing to re start it but it said it was 5 years old and still a baby I dont get it has this happened to you before if so what does that mean?

You might have been looking at the weight instead os age. When baby's are just born, they weigh 5 pounds. So you might have been looking at the weight; just saying. I only try to help, but I'm not much much of a help most of the time; hehe!

Try resteting it again. Maybe it will change! If it doesn't. take it back to the store and get a new one.

How long did u leave it on the naming screen for? If u left it 4 5 days, that's it. If not it's a glitch, so just reset it.
