You have to wait until your tama is 6 to 8 yrs old until the matchmaker comes. But if you really want her to come faster, you can try debugging to fast forward time. You should try checking the Tamagotchi FAQ for more details on debugging if you're thinking about it. Hope I helped! :hitodetchi:

 
no um last time i asked this and i got a reply that told me u can change the time at a certain age to make him come its sumthing like u w8 1 min and then she comes all i need 2 no is the time

 
she comes at 10:30, 3:00, and 6 or 7 set it to 10:29 and wait 1 minute :D :p :(

 
The matchmaker will come 3 days later when your Tamagotchi turns into an adult.

It will come at certain times, stated by pinkdoughnut
