i finaly figured out how 2 get bill and mimitchi both my sisters and my tamagotchis were those hokchti well sumthing like that they fly and have 3 circles under them well how to get mimicthi well like i said me and my sis both had that teen flyer andi took good care of it he turned to mimicthi like i disiplined it had 9 training and my sis got bill she had 2 training and almost died a few times.

so i think that when u get hokochti or that flyer with 3 circles good care = mimitchi bad care =bill

I got mimitchi 2 times on my v3!

thats just 1 possibility, they can evolve from other charas, too
