I looked at Queen. "Huh?"
"Sure, why not have a wedding here?"
"For who?"
"You mean for WHOM."
"Whatever."
"I was thinking of marrying Paris and Danny, then Matt and Pixie, then Talia and Pedro."
"Oh. Fine, whatever. SASHA!!"
I looked over at my friend, who was eating the fish in the aquarium. "You know those fish are inedible, right?" She looked at me with her mouth full. "Huh?"
"You're gonna be sick."
"Kimi, you're so old-fashioned. These fish are perfectly fine. What was it you wanted to tell me?"
"Remember those shiny dresses we had a few days ago? You still have them?"
"Sure do!" She held up the silvery peach dresses we disguised ourselves with.
"Great. Get into yours. We'll soon be bridesmaids."
"Wha...?"
"Just do as I ask!"
Four hours later, the reception hall was lined with potted flowers. Pedro wore his best hat while marrying my great-great-granddaughter Talia. Sasha and I were a little fidgety in our dresses, mainly because we got fatter over the fish, Tupperware, cake, and whatever else we ate. During the reception, some random Kuchipatchi out of nowhere asked me to dance. Lil recognized him as her father. Now I'm CONFUSED! As always!
