This site lists Neopets who have been stuck in the pound for a long time. Consider adopting from here, they make good lab pets too.

Somehow this got me wandering around Neopets again. Luckily, I saw the light as soon as I saw how the boards were doing.

I adopted a few pets from here, and now they are all painted. :angry:

Forget the boards, they are waste anyway. The real fun is training your pets and saving up for a paintbrush. Anyway this adoption site is still here and better than ever.
