Hello!
Recently (about a week or two ago) I bought my second V3 Tamagotchi. It was blue w/bubbles, and I had bought it two, maybe three days after my first one.
Started it up, and everything was fine for a few minutes-- then the "battery dead" symbol came up. Figuring it was a glitch, I reset-- and everything was fine again, for a while.
The next day, the same thing happened a couple times-- reset a bunch, downloaded, and everything seemed fine again.
Then I connected my Tamas, they had children, and I waited paitently for the parents to leave. The day the parents had left, my first Tama (Blue w/stars) had the typical "NAME THE CHILD ALREADY" screen-- the other was having it's "dead battery" issues.
I tried about seventeen times to revive it, but no luck. The battery screen kept coming back, and in the end I let it die.
Has anyone had this issue before?
Also, I can't perform any experiments on it-- After telling my cousin about the issue she offered to trade her old Pink V3 for my blue, buggy one. I'll be seeing her soon (hopefully), but until then I have no clue if putting new batteries in it fixed it.
I hope it did-- I'd hate to have given my cousin a bad Tama!!
If it helps any, the thing was bought from Walmart and had the usual V3 packaging. It only said "Tamagotchi" on the top though-- no "Connection". It was definitely a V3 though.
The first V3 I bought is still running strong.
What was wrong with it?
