The only way to get better characters are to take care of them differently. First tip is never let the hearts drop to zero. Also dont feed it just snacks to make it happy because if its weight goes up, then you will have a very unhealthy tamagotchi. Also getting the training bar up also helps your successfulness. Maskutchi is one of the easiest characters to get because you get him if you let its hungry and happiness hearts drop to zero all of the time .
