If i din have any connection friends in my friend list, then Mrs. Busybody will find a partner for me? Is it MRs. Busybody only will appear to help find a partner from friend list?

I asked a similar question a little while ago...If you don't have any friends on you friends list, the "Mrs. Busybody" character will set you up with an imaginary Tamagotchi. (Imaginary because it just appears out of nowhere.)
