no grandparents?

If this has already been answered please forgive me for asking again. I have been searching for a over an hour and just can't find it if it has been talked about. There is soooo much info on this site it takes a long time to go through it.

My question is, my tama is 4 years old and on the 3rd gen and I still have no grandparents! What is going on? Anyone know?

One of two things are most likely.

1. The most common one- you probably have got a grandparent- but don't know how to access it.

Go to FAMILY - select PARENT- then press A- and you should get the Grandparents details come up. Then press B to scroll through the details and get the password.

OR

2. Your grandparent was partnered with another tama that you used to have in your friends list. If you deleted the 'grandparents' partner from the friends list- the grandparent/parent will disappear from the family list.

Problems with the Parents / Grandparents list are the most common in V3. There is sadly nothing you can do about it, except hope the next version is better.
