Me and my friend just got a v3 connection and when we first tried to connect it worked. Now my tamagotchi just evovled into its first stage and we still cant connect. Does anyone know what I can do?

brandon05, here are some common problems with connecting:

Was it in direct sunlight? use your hand to shade the infared connection part of your tamas.

Did you reset/download it recently? that may cause a few glitches.

has it evolved like 10 seconds ago? it takes at least 5 minutes for your tama to register the evalution. wait a while.

yea thanks i did recently re download it because i took it apart wanting to paint it. but i really don't care any more what it looks like.

it works fine now.
