How to get a nazotchi

O.K, you may have heard that by feeding no snacks you'll get a nazotchi well if that was true how come i didn't get one?

On my gen. 4 Adult, I played heading until i got 9999 GP, so that i could use steak or the tamagotchi's favourite food to make it happy instead of using snacks. I used the tamagotchi like / dislike chart so that I could find out my tamas favourite foods. On my next generation, this is what happened:

Baby: Teletchi (Boy)

Child: Mohitamatchi

Teen: Hinatchi

Adult: Dorotchi???

This proved that feeding it no snacks will not turn it ia tamagotchi a nazotchi
