my tamagotchi has 5 training bars and i still cant get the password from it to vist my parents or grandparents

what happened?

is this normal?

this has absolutely nothin 2 do with training

let me guess ur in generartion 1 still ? so u cant have any (grand-)parents, ull have parents in 2nd and grandparents in 3rd

Youw tama will be one year olderr every 24 hours (not including pausing). When it's 7 years a matchmaker will come so that your tama can mate with a random tama that the MatchMaker has brought. You'll get either a girl (white) or a boy (black) and after the parent has been with the baby for 24 hours (not including pausing) it will leave at midnight.

 
has you tamagotchi died?If so the you should be able to only acess thr parent online
