Warusotchi is the pineapple guy. And the SUMO guy- I assume you mean Sekitoritchi.
They tend to be referred to as the unhealthy types. Instead of having a bath / brushing their teeth and going to bed at 9pm you will see them watching TV- and going to bed late!

Yes its true...
they dont brush their teeth...
yuck.
I had to set thir clock one hour more than the original time so I can get to sleep.
