I just bought this tamagotchi.

where they say it is an asian version.

surfing around on the net I found out that there exist no "asian" connexion version 2.

then what is this or am I just stupid? it looks lite the japanese box, right?

hi. ordered on of those too... and i emailed play-asia cos i couldnt find any alternative info as well. they replied and said the info was direct from bandai.

i guess u just have to believe them! anyway we only have to pay when the item is in stock. if it nv is, we dont hav to pay.

i already have a v2 but i found those on the website so pretty i saw no harm in placing an order.

anyway the website has pretty good reputation. i dont think it was a cheat.

you may want to get your v2 off ebay if u dont trust play-asia though

Those are real, they are releasing the version 2 for asia in that type of packaging, and using the tama plus colors. Don't be worried, you got a real one. So far there are three other versions of the connect/xion 2 available, released in europe, australia, and the UK though the UK connection version 2 is the one to be released in the US.
