Shop code malfunction

I was entering all of the 7 codes into the three V3's I am currently raising just a minute ago, and for whatever reason my snakeskin V3 won't even let me enter the 4 A's you have to press to make the shopkeep throw his hands up in surprise. I can press the A button 4 times and it gives me the sound that it makes when you try to use an item that you are too young for and similar things. I tried it over and over, tried exiting out of the shop and trying it again, coming back to it later, everything.

I've never entered the codes on this particular Tama before, and this is the first generation I've raised on it. I entered all of the other codes on my other Tamas without any difficulties. The character is Bunbuntchi.

Perhaps it is just a frustrating defect on this particular unit, I don't know. I suppose out of over 100 Tamas something HAS to go wrong sometime!

Have any of you experienced this problem before? If so, what did you do about it, or was there nothing you could do for it? I'm very curious. :furawatchi:

It sounds to me like one of your item lists are full on that tama. It may be a meal(max 15) a snack (max 15) or an item (max 32).

You need to make sure when entering shop codes that you have at least one space on each list as one of the free codes is a meal - one is a snack and the rest are items.

WOW!!! I've never seen a help topic made by a guide. But to answer your question, this has happened to me and it is nothing to be worried about. One of your lists is full. (items or foods) To get rid of items go to the present section select the item you want to delete and when it asks you if you want to wrap press A and it will ask it you want to delete. Press "YES" and then again when it asks you if you are sure you want to delete. You can do the same thing with foods.... OR you can just feed one of the foods to your tamagotchi to get rid of them. Thanks guys! I didn't realize my snack list was completely full. Wow, I guess I need to use some of them. I've been so distracted today, thanks for the help!
