I think there is something wrong with my tamagotchi. Everytime I go into family and try to look up "parents" it says I can't. This has been happening since my generation 2, I'm on generation 5 now and I still can't see them. How am I supposed to go on tamatown and visit my parents if I can't get the password? Whats wrong with my tamagotchi?Please help! :hitodetchi: :)

Have you been deleting entries from your parents list? If you have that's why you can't visit your parents. Deleting friends from the friends list screws up your parents list for some reason. Hope I helped!

Probably the solution, but I don't have friends because I don't connect because I am unable to. (The IR connectors have been taken out.)

If you press C when you view a parent, or let it exit itself, beware, the password changes and you won't get the proper password!

 
Thanks, that helped alot! I won't delete any more friends until I get the password. my friend was having the same problem. I'll tell her too! Thanks again!

maybe it was because you had to many parent's. it happened to me once.
