I wanted my tama to sleep, so I put it to sleep to the time it goes to sleep. My tama didn't sleep. I paused it for the whole night.

I think it is because I had a baby.

Well, Maybe it goes to sleep a bit later than the time you put it on. And no, it is not because your tama had a baby. Try Doing it.

I'd say Sandshark 23 is right. Sleeping Times Project by ShAwDy_1- it tells you the sleeping times of many tama characters!
