my fifth giga pet has gotten so unheathly that he is unfixable!

i am giving up on gigapets

 
If he is unhealthy than do what you need to do in his other areas of care like hunger, happiness, and hygene. Then leave it alone for a while and the health should be back up to where you want it to be.
