Can you get female Nezotchis? Plus, can you mate them as well?

You can not get Nazotchis whatsoever. Nazotchi is a character skin that Bandai programmed your tamagotchi to appear as when you connect with a different version tama, i.e. one that does not have your particular character (although in the case of keitais and connexion V2s, they both show up as nazotchi even when you have two furuwatchis!). Second, all tamagotchis can be any gender, they are not gender specific unless you have osutchi and mesutchi.
