the shop restocks at either 6:59 or 2:59.

The shop restocks at 7 pm and 3 pm. If you want it to change, set the time to one minute before each of the given times, and wait, (This goes for the matchmaker times I'm about to give you.) The matchmaker comes to your tamagotchi 72 hours after it evolved into an adult. She comes at 10:30 am, 3:00 pm, and 7 pm.
