About the version 2 characters

I have the Australian Tamagotchi Connexion V2. Does anyone know how I get that little dark rebellious child with the black spots? It's the one after the Male Baby stage for the Tamagotchi Keita. Does anyone know what affects what rebellious child u get? Cos I've experimented and this is what I got:

Baby Girl to Starfish (Good Treatment, no treats.)

Baby Boy to Marutchi (1. Good treatment, no treats 2. Bad treatment, no treats.)

Baby Boy to Starfish (Good-Bad treatment, a few treats.)
