hi this is my first post and I need help my Tama has this skull on the top of it and I don't know what to do this is my first Tama could someone pleaze help

 
just press the medicine button and keep pressin it until its gone

 
All he needs is some medicine. Don't worry, every Tamagotchi gets a sore tooth or is sick once in a while. ^_^

Your tamagotchi is sick. Go to the medicine icon (7th icon) and select it. This is giving the tamagotchi medicine. You may have to do this a couple of times depending on how sick it is.
