If you do and this might be your "big break" and your singing with friends you should have nothing to be afraid of yett we do all ave our weakneses so noone can tease you.

awwww, don't be embarrased!!! Show buisness is just all about entertainment! If you fall, or something, make them laugh! And you'll laugh too. BUt it's ok to be nurvous. I alwayse am. It might seem scary when you walk up to sing, but when the music plays, you don't feel as nervous anymore. You know that everyone wants to hear you sing, and you know your good.
My only advice is believe you can do it. I did that and it worked.
