i was just surfing the net for new tama stuff to read about and i hit the official japanese tama site. i read about the machine that you hook your tama up to and i learned that this new character comes up on the screen and asks you to do karaoke. your tama sings and if its voice is good enough your tama will earn a prize!!! go HERE for pictures of this (the writing is in jap tho).

Yes we know, this is called the Tamagotchi "deka" he is in japenese fast food resturants called "lotteria" you can hook up with him, and he will vs your tama in games, and maybe give gifts,Can you read japenese?

I thought the Lotteria machines were burger related and not Karaoke... ;) :D Not sure though.

I just hope that this means there might be more options for machines to connect the new Tamagotchis with... Karaoke... What next?

Yeah you can get the burger character too. on my link it didn't link to the page i wanted so you have to click the japanese button on the left (the first one) and then scroll down to see how it can do karaoke. i translated it and it said it does do karaoke for prizes. o yeah and mimitchi next time don't be so rude b/c i looked through all the mesages and no one mentioned the karaoke.

Nah, they wouldn't, nobody's really excited about Tamagotchi's like they were in the 90's. I mean, in the 90's they sold books for taking care of them.

I know.I saw some books at amazon.

your welcome you guys! i'm wondering if they'll come to san diego california (where i live) because we have a lot of asian stuff and stores. hmmm i wonder if i shopped in the asian shops if they'd have it? that'd be awsome! i should go to mitsuwa!

Hmmm, I sure hope they release Keitai/Akai and the Home Decas outside Japan, particularly in Australia, cause that's where I live ;) . They did release v2 in Australia before they released it in America, so there's always a chance...
