I have something the doctor called a "viral cold"

I don't know, I think she said it was a cold caused by a virus.

Bad cough,sore throat, horrible nonstop headache, and I keep getting dizzy no matter what I'm doing, like if I am laying down, I get dizzy.

If I remember anything from Health, which I doubt, a cold is caused by bacteria, not a virus. I'm assuming a viral cold is a virus caused by bacteria? o.o'

nope, all colds are viruses. you can get post-viral infections for which you might need to take antibiotics, like a throat infection or a chest infection, but a cold is most definately caused by a virus.
