Make a list of all the girls who he's done this to, have them sign it, and all of you bring it to the principal.

You could report it to the councelor, principal, vice/asst principal, or the police. Hell, even tell your parents. If your parents call in with a claim like that it's more likely the administration will do something. They tend to listen to adults more than kids(which drives me crazy).

Get more people to report him. The more people report him, the more suspicious the administration will get, and the more *should* get done.

If you're in the US, it doesn't matter if it's that kind of spanking either o.o' If an adult touches a kid in a way that makes them uncomfortable it can be considered sexual harrassment. I believe it gets a bit more strict if it's between a teacher and student too. Teachers aren't allowed to hug a student even WITH the student's consent. A teacher has no right to touch a student in any way.

Now a days parents can't even spank their kids x.x Which annoys me because I know if parents were allowed to hit their kids they would probably be a lot more well behaved because they know the consequences of doing something their parents told them not to do.

I get hugged by teachers alot, especially like kindergarden teachers and stuff like that.
