Help With Training My Tamagotchi

Hey I was wondering... well I have 2 questions:

1) When my Tamagotchi is crying.. what do I do?

2) How do I train my Tamagotchi?

crying you praise and it will increase 1 traing point and when u hear a beep and nothing is rong then give him a time out
