Depends on what you mean by "every tamagotchi". If you many every brand of tamagotchi, then you will find that the anwers is yes because not all of a company's product is going to be perfect. If you mean every Bandai tama, then the answer is no. Bandai has such a reputation that people have taken to labeling tamagotchis from other companys as "fakes" which is not true. A tamagotchi is a tamagotchi no matter who makes it. Bandai is know for their size and quality of product. If every tamagotchi they produced was glitchy then they would not have such a good reputation!
