This what happened to my friends v3, and she said her mom just changed the battery 3weeks

Maybe the battery was already used, and wearing out. Change the battery, or reset and download to get the tamagotchi back to normal.
If you reset and download, remember that you can only do that for so long, so remember that eventually you will have to replace the battery.

Ths often happens.
Sometimes, batteries don't work at all!
Once I opened a new pack, and one of the batteries weren't working. Obviously the battery you used was bad quality. 
If you don't have a present battery you can change with, take out the old battery and stick it in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. This will restore teh battery somewhat, but if you try connecting the battery will imeddiatly wear out again.
Just change batteries!
