well she comes at age 7 and up. GLAD YORE CLOSE! 
also I know how to set time one minite before she comes, set it to 11:29 wait a min. WORKS for me!

The average age that the matchmaker comes is 8 (according to my Tamagotchis) but if you have paused it alot it will come later. One of my Tamagotchis had the matchmaker come at the age of 9!
So don't panic, it will come. Sometimes it just takes a little while.
