I have msn as well as a webcam. I don't give it out to random people though. A lot of people here tend to be a lot more annoying on messengers, and once someone adds you, they have your email address. So no matter if you block them they can keep adding you on other accounts.
I've already had issues with someone on here that lasted about a week. Too annoying.
