It's supposed to get a job after it finishes school, but that could happen any time. I'm waiting for my V4 to get a job too! My advice: Be patient and check your mail often.

it gets a job after it has atleast 100 style or kindness or inteligence points to get points i sugest the enwhare house program or when the teacher comes try to get the right box whith the points init. but by going on tamatown v4 you can buy item to help raise your tama's gut points.. heres the enwharehouse program, https://www.tamenagerie.com/entama.htm/ you know how to connect online right? if you don't read the instructions.... i hope this helps you good luck!
