try checking twice on your numbers.And when you go on tamatown make sure you put the exact username on your tamagotchi.

U might want to check & see if you've been typing in your tama's name instead of your username. :( :D

 
make sure you are on the right version. if you have a version 3 make sure you haven't accidently gone to the version 4 site and vice versa

 
Well, if it's a V4 make sure you aren't mixing up letters for numbers and numbers for letters. If it's a V3 make sure you are entering the username correctly.
